Simone Stewart M.S.N., APRN, FNP, CNM, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). Ms. Stewart’s professional nursing career spans 30 years of practice. Prior to initiating her career as a registered nurse, she was honorably discharged from the United States Army, where she proudly served as an Army Medic. She completed her initial nursing degree in 1994 from Essex College in Newark, New Jersey, and subsequently obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Purdue University and her CNM license from Frontier Nursing University. Prior to obtaining her FNP license, she worked as an Infectious Disease nurse, Intensive Care Unit, Oncology and lastly for 18 years as a Labor and Delivery nurse. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB).
